One early venue pilot
One early wedding-sector venue pilot observed from 1 July to 13 August 2026. This is a limited operating observation—not a universal benchmark or guaranteed result. Test estimates were excluded. One early reference point—not the business case for every industry. Each filled mark is one observed session. Unfilled marks complete that sample. The four samples overlap; do not add them together.
60-day evidence plan
A proposed 60-day schedule
Timing and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. The pilot does not promise a particular business result.- Before day 1Record the starting point
Count eligible enquiries, present handling, staff effort, completion, and exceptions.
- Days 1–20Build and approve
Configure one journey, test real question patterns, and approve the human handoff boundary.
- Days 21–50Run the agreed scope
Observe answers, customer records, business actions, staff ownership, and unresolved work.
- Days 51–60Review the evidence
Compare against the baseline, document exclusions, and decide whether to stop, adjust, or expand.
Buyer-owned scorecard
Measure completed work.
Agree the launch gate.
Record the test, expected result, responsible reviewer, and evidence for each item. An unresolved critical issue blocks activation until reviewed.- Approved answers match the current source and handle missing information.
- Sensitive or uncertain requests reach the named staff owner with context.
- Actions, failures, and duplicate requests are checked in the connected system.
- Data fields, access, retention, support contacts, and the stop decision are approved.
