Resolve a common problem

The answer is wrong or incomplete

Open the conversation and identify the information the answer used.

  1. Give the customer a reviewed answer or send the question to a person.
  2. Correct or replace the approved source information.
  3. Test the same question before using the updated answer with customers.

A booking, quote, or task did not appear

Check the conversation record and the expected next action.

  1. Confirm the required customer details were collected.
  2. Check the connected system and responsible work queue.
  3. Create or assign the work manually, then record the final outcome.

A customer needs a person

Keep the customer, conversation, request, and urgency together.

  1. Choose one responsible team or person.
  2. Add what has already been answered and what remains unresolved.
  3. Set the due time and confirm the customer follow-up channel.

A team member cannot see or change something

Check the active workspace and the work the person needs to complete.

  1. Ask the workspace administrator to review the person’s role.
  2. Do not share another person’s account or credential.
  3. Use the contact path below when the approved administrator cannot resolve it.

Need more help?

Never send a password, server token, payment credential, or unnecessary customer data through a public contact form.

For a live incident, use the support or escalation contact in your service agreement. This public form is not an emergency channel and does not imply a response-time commitment.

Keep the outcome with the request.

Record completion or escalation, the responsible person, and the follow-up in the same customer history.
