SALERINGOSITE v1.27.0

Guided pilot

Start a guided Saleringo pilot

Choose one customer outcome and one priority journey. The 60-day pilot costs USD 6,000 once before tax. Saleringo recommends the scope, implements it, tests it, and launches it with your team.

Colleagues review a written plan at a shared table
Your pilot starts with a shared definition of success, not a promised result.

These are configurable success plans, not customer testimonials or measured Saleringo results.

Early operating evidence

One early venue pilot

One early wedding-sector venue pilot observed from 1 July to 13 August 2026. This is a limited operating observation—not a universal benchmark or guaranteed result. Test estimates were excluded. One early reference point—not the business case for every industry.
14 of 23observed sessions happened outside business hoursLimited early pilot
13 of 14web-chat sessions were classified as valid conversationsLimited early pilot
9 of 14web-chat sessions captured a customer contactLimited early pilot
4 of 5identifiable high-intent sessions happened outside business hoursLimited early pilot

Each filled mark is one observed session. Unfilled marks complete that sample. The four samples overlap; do not add them together.

60-day evidence plan

A proposed 60-day schedule

Timing and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. The pilot does not promise a particular business result.
  1. Before day 1Record the starting point

Count eligible enquiries, present handling, staff effort, completion, and exceptions.

  2. Days 1–20Build and approve

Configure one journey, test real question patterns, and approve the human handoff boundary.

  3. Days 21–50Run the agreed scope

Observe answers, customer records, business actions, staff ownership, and unresolved work.

  4. Days 51–60Review the evidence

Compare against the baseline, document exclusions, and decide whether to stop, adjust, or expand.

Agree the launch gate.

Record the test, expected result, responsible reviewer, and evidence for each item. An unresolved critical issue blocks activation until reviewed.
  • Approved answers match the current source and handle missing information.
  • Sensitive or uncertain requests reach the named staff owner with context.
  • Actions, failures, and duplicate requests are checked in the connected system.
  • Data fields, access, retention, support contacts, and the stop decision are approved.
