These rules protect customers, staff, channel participants, and the services connected to Saleringo.
Use Saleringo for lawful customer operations
Customers may configure approved customer-service, sales, booking, quote, routing, and follow-up journeys for their own organization.
- Obtain required permission for calls, recordings, messages, and customer information.
- Use accurate source material and keep an accountable person for sensitive decisions.
- Follow channel, consumer-protection, employment, and industry rules that apply locally.
Activities that are not allowed
The service may not be used to deceive, harass, discriminate, bypass consent, or cause unlawful or unsafe effects.
- No impersonation, credential theft, malware, abusive traffic, or unauthorized surveillance.
- No automated professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety-critical matters.
- No upload of data that the customer is not authorized to use for the approved purpose.
How concerns are handled
Saleringo may investigate, restrict, or suspend a journey when credible evidence shows risk to people, systems, or legal compliance.
